The Base Chaka provides us with protection and a sense of feeling grounded. This includes both physical and spiritual protection.
The Base Chakra connects or grounds us to the earth’s energy. This in turn enhances our survival instincts and increases our resourcefulness and our ability for self-preservation.
The Base Chakra helps us to take care of our more basic needs such as food and shelter. It also helps us in achieving financial independence and with issues related to money.
